My Mother's Garden

Over Spring Break, I was inspired by the colors and blooms down in North Carolina, specifically, my mom's garden. My mom's garden is her own little work of art. She spends a lot of time planning where flowers go and cultivating them to grow big, beautiful flowers.

I have been teaching myself to be a better photographer, and I played with the aperture in these pictures to get different depths of field, hence the close up with a blurry background.

Nice job! Using the depth of field well as you did gives powerful pictures.
